Two connected products: a mobile-first app technicians run their day on, and a full planning backoffice for managers, built on recurring schedules, route optimisation, and a live sync from the company ERP.
Recurring pool visits and daily routes were planned by hand, and proof that a pool had actually been serviced was inconsistent.
Client and pool records lived in the company ERP, disconnected from the people doing the work in the field.
A mobile-first PWA lets each technician run their day: their optimised route, the full maintenance checklist and water readings, before/after photos, and GPS check-in and check-out, all working offline and syncing when signal returns.
A planning backoffice gives managers a drag-and-drop calendar, recurring-visit scheduling, automatic route optimisation, and an exceptions view for missed or out-of-range visits.
Client and pool data syncs one-way from Extrabat, their pool-management ERP, so the field always has the right information, and an automatic proof-of-service email goes out after every visit.
