The problem

Jobs were written on paper in the field, then re-typed into invoices back at the office, slow, error-prone, and disconnected from their Zoho Books accounting.

Pricing and parts lived in people’s heads, so quotes were inconsistent and billing leaked.

What we built

A tablet-first, responsive app technicians use on site. They build a detailed intervention sheet, visits, hours, transport, consumables, and parts pulled from a managed items database.

One tap turns that sheet into a priced invoice and pushes it straight to Zoho Books as a draft. Margins, rounding, and business details are applied automatically.

Admins map their own Zoho items, set the pricing rules, and manage staff, no developer needed. It works offline and syncs when the signal comes back.
